Roofing Before & After in Tampa, FL
We could tell you we’re careful until we’re blue in the face. It doesn’t carry the same weight as seeing a roof with three layers of old shingles peeled off, the decking checked and replaced where Tampa’s humidity got to it, and a clean new roof nailed down before the afternoon thunderstorm slides in from the Gulf. These are the jobs we’re proud of.

Roof Replacement: Water-Stained Ceiling in Seminole Heights
Before
AfterThe homeowner’s living room ceiling had a coffee-colored stain spreading from the corner. We pulled back the shingles and found the underlayment had been failing for years, letting water ride along the rafters. We tore everything off, replaced the rotted decking, laid down new GAF synthetic underlayment, and installed architectural shingles rated for Florida wind loads. The stain is gone, and so is the drip.
Roof Repair: Lifted Flashing Around a Chimney in Carrollwood
Before
AfterDuring a routine inspection after a windy spring, we found the step flashing around this chimney had peeled up like a sardine can lid. Water had been sneaking behind the brick for weeks. We removed the old flashing, cut new pieces to interlock with the brick coursing, sealed the joint with a polyurethane caulk that can handle Tampa’s heat without cracking, and re-bedded the counterflashing. It sheds water the way it should.
Roof Replacement: Sun-Baked Shingles in Westchase
Before
AfterWestchase gets full western exposure, and this roof had baked for nineteen years under that sun. The shingles were brittle and trying to cup, which leaves gaps for wind-driven rain. We installed a full CertainTeed system with a heavier shingle, ice and water shield in the valleys, and upgraded ridge venting to help the attic breathe. The attic temperature dropped noticeably, and the homeowners stopped finding granules in their gutters after every storm.
Roof Repair: Leaking Skylight in Hyde Park

Hyde Park’s historic bungalows are beautiful, but skylights from the 1990s were not built for Tampa’s hard downpours. This one had a failed curb seal, and every summer cloudburst sent water down the hallway wall. We disassembled the old flashing, rebuilt the curb with fresh lumber, and re-fitted the skylight with new exterior flashing and sealant. The next storm came, and the hallway stayed dry.
Roof Replacement: Flat Roof Puddling in Ybor City

Flat roofs on older Ybor City buildings love to puddle, and puddles love to sit and find the seams. This one had been patched by several other companies over the years, and each patch just moved the leak somewhere else. We removed the old TPO, corrected the slope with tapered insulation, and welded down a new IKO roofing membrane in one continuous layer. Water runs for the drains now instead of camping out on the roof.
Roof Replacement: Hail-Damaged Tile in New Tampa

A spring hailstorm had left cracks in a third of the tiles on this New Tampa home, and the ones that weren’t cracked had shifted enough to expose the fasteners. We ordered matching Boral tiles to blend with the undamaged sections, replaced the cracked and shifted pieces, and checked every fastener underneath. The homeowners were happy to keep their original tile profile without replacing the whole roof, and the fix cost less than half what a full replacement would have run.
